New Dodge Vehicles

Driving around lately, I noticed what i thought was a lot of new dodge vehicles with headlights burned out. After about a week, I noticed a correlation with headlights (day time running lights actually) being burned out on the same side as the signal that was on at the time... Im in canada where driving lights are law.

Now, finally, i got infront of a new dodge magnum at a turn light, and sure enough, signal was on, and daytime light on the same side was out... made the turn, the signal went off, and the light came back on...

I haven't seen one at night to see if it is all beams on the lights, or just the daytime lights... but I am just wondering if this is some sort of foolish think dodge thinks is a feature, or if it is a problem with the wiring... Still not sure if it happens at night, or only in the daytiume when the headlights are not on (typically).

Just a question!
