looking at buying the mentioned truck. its got 130k kms (75k miles). Trucks been stored indoors...
Being hte first year for these models, should they be a recomended truck? or would a later model be better?

Steering away from the first year of production only applies to NEW vehicles.... This is simply because there will be features and/or equipment that is unproven in the real world. Obviously, in the last 9 years, this model year has proven to be quite dependable with few concerns.
someone drove in right behind me with the cash, trucks gone...
