'94 Taurus in the Northeast US, plenty of salt
Knowing that random electrical happenings are almost impossible to diagnose...
are there any simple things to look at when, on a cold, damp day:
... sometimes no wiper washers until you jiggle the stalk (works fine on dry days, when you don't need it)
... sometimes electric door locks won't unlock electrically (but they do lock just fine)
without much hope,
