Tail light replacement

Sep 30, 2006 0 Replies

Did this on a 2003 Windstar but I think it's applicable to a lot of Ford products. There are 2 screws holding the assembly to the body plus

3 tabs that make it seem as if there are more screws. The one at the bottom is the strongest. Just pull straightback (strong fingers and fingernails required) and the assembly will come out. Turn each light socket 1/4 turn clockwise to remove the socket from the assembly and then you can replace the light. Total time 10 minutes.
