Does anyone have a copy of service bulletin for Tempo/Topaz "Temperature gauge reads in low range/erratic 92-94 {95-13-2} that they would be willing to share either here or by e-mail. Thanks Rene snipped-for-privacy@gmail.com

All it says is that sender units built before 1995 can fail early; if you have replaced the sender, then this information does not apply. What does the scan tool tell you about the coolant temperature? If it agrees with the gauge, check the actual temp of the coolant with a thermometer; if it is not up to temp, probable bad or mis-installed thermostat; if the coolant is up to temp and the scan tool agrees, replace the gauge. If the coolant is up to temp and the scan tool and the gauge agree that it is not, you have a bad sender.
