A search of Car-part.com for 93 Ford Explorer reveals prices of $150- $175 for used parts Fordparts.com lists new for $178 I believe.

I don't claim to be an automotive expert, far from it. Maybe I did an incorrect search? The only reason I replied to the OP is that I new of this other outfit Fordparts.com and found they had the part he couldn't find. On my search of car-parts.com I only looked at one page not realizing there were many more :-(. Anyway what I looked at is here:
