Don't think my 2 barrell is working right. What makes the 2 barrell activate? There is a vacuum mechanism with a rod hooked to it that will not let the 2 barrell engage unless it is all the way up. If I tie the rod it the 2 barrell engages but otherwise it won't. Why am I not getting vacuum to this?
