New valve? You can try epoxy. The good 24 hr cure stuff like JB Weld.
Can you get at the nipple still in the seat? Can you maybe get a tool in it so you can remove the broken part and then replace with a new nipple? If you have the space to work, you need to get an extraction tool from a machine shop. Get the broken one out and the install a new nipple.
