I have seen the guys lately who have mounted "fog" lights behind the grille of their 200's ford f150's...
any suggestions on the "right" lights an/or how to make this look great?

Check the truck boards, there are a bunch of examples out there of people who have done it. A lot has to do with the look you are going for, there are some with 6" Hellas behind the grille. Looks good!
Check Ford Truck World, F150 Online and F150.net. Browse around there are a lot of cool ideas.
