I think most Fords went to a metric pattern about the mid '90's so any small

5 bolt (ranger/car) before that would work.

Go to any wreaking yard or tire store that sells used wheels and get a matched "set" of Ford 5 on 4.5" passenger car wheels. A "set" to match up diameter (14" or 15"), width, offset and backspacing. Clean and paint in color of your choice. Mount and balance new tires. You might be surprised how much an unbalanced set of tires can shake things up!!
