89 Buick 3800 engine misfire

89 Buick 3800 engine has a misfire sometimes when idleing in gear, also sometimes will back fire on accelaration. When running on the road the engine runs fine.I have changed all of the plugs and wires.the plugs are set to spec. Anyone have any suggestions ?
