'90 BUICK RIVIERA-SVC. ENGINE LIGHT

1990 Buick Riviera-3800 Engine. The service engine light comes on intermitenly and when the light is on the engine rev's higher by several hundred R.P.M.s whether you are at a stop or driving. I have replaced the oxygen sensor. Any help would be appreciated.
