Stumlbes or stalls at idle when stopping. Also runs rich. Replaced O2 sensor and TSP. Pulled throttle body off and cleaned to include IAC and seat. Replaced all vacume hose. Code reader will not link with serial data port, get a no link message. Any suggestions?
