heater core replacement in 90 Century

Nov 03, 2005 0 Replies

I've got a 1990 Buick Century with a 3.3 V6. The Buick factory manual does not give the right instructions on how to remove the heater core (you cannot do it by simply removing a cover from the engine compartment where the heater hoses attach). It will have to be removed from the interior. Can this be done without having to pull off most of the dashboard? With the sound insulator and ash try removed it seems there is still more things in the way before you can take off the interior cover to the heater core.
