Does anyone have access to tsb 516542 (8/95)? I'm trying to troubleshoot a "cranks won't start" problem on a '95 Park Ave 3.8L. Thanks all.

That TSB is a revised flow chart for diagnosing that condition, page
6E3-A-35 in the factory service manual. Send me an e-mail and I will reply with a copy.Steve
