Did you try the dealer?
That's a very common engine so any salvage yard should have one. Or if you're not near a salvage yard, go to:

Do a search of water pumps and find one that specifies it comes with a pulley. Call them with a credit card, and you'll have the part in your hands in a few days.
Try a junkyard. lot of Centuries in there or call the dealer for a new one.
