I have an 1986 Buick Park Ave I changed 3 window motors on the passenger side of the car. The window goes down fine but the window will only go up half way, the half of the window I half to pull the window up while pushing the window button.Does anyone know how to adjust the window tension on this model. The door was replaced because of rust.

Sounds more like something is binding inside the door. Check for a pinched, bent or misaligned window run channel.
Put some grease on the regulator and sliding points
