I have a 2002 Buick Century and the windshield wipers are parking in the straight up position. When turning the wiper switch off they act like they are going to park but then spring back up to the straight up position. I've replaced the motor and circuit card on the motor but am still having the same problem. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
