1997 Civic EX Alarm Problem

I have a 97 civic coupe that had the Honda Factory alarm added in

2000. The problem is I can?t deactivate the alarm now. The key fob controlers won?t turn the alarm off. :(

Any help would be appreciated. How can I disconnect the alarm?
