The maintance light is on and remains on in my minivan. What would cause this to happen?

If it is the maint light you need to reset it whenever you change oil. It comes on about every 7000 miles to remind you to change the oil. If it is the check engine light have the computer codes read out. Reset procedure is in your owners manual or search
