Honda "Nixon" merger

The New Zealand Herald obviously left the interns in charge of the newspaper over the Christmas / New Year holiday break. There were quite a few errors in the newspaper including this glaring one ... not sure if it is a typo, an auto-(in)correct alteration, a speech-to-text boo-boo, or an AI error.

According to the New Zealand Herald (27 December, 2024) article's headline, past-US President Nixon has come back from the dead to start merger talks with Honda. :oD

Other glaring errors over the holiday break include a photo caption that said "seourb" instead of "superb", and the headers for the two separate sections of the Saturday newspapers were labelled as "section A" and "section C" ("section B" is normally there, but during holidays "B" and C" get combined in a shorter newspaper, but someone forgot to re-label the page headers).
