That fuse number 1 might be a 7.5 ampere unit. It is in my '88 Prelude.
I pulled all the fuses.. all good..
It could be a bad ignition switch. In the dash fuse box (with the ignition on), do you have voltage on _both_ sides of fuses 1 (7.5 ampere), 12 (10 amp.) and 13 (10 ampere)?
