I have a 2003 hyundai Tiburon GT my blinker just turned on and wont turn off. it?s not blinking at all, just is stuck on.... Does anyone know what is going on or how to fix it?

Walk around your car and find the burned out bulb.
Presuming the lamp stays on no matter what the turn signal lever position, you probably need a new BCM (Body Control Module).
