Where is the fuel filter on a 2008 Elantra and how big of a job is it to change?

It's in the fuel tank and is part of the fuel pump assembly. You must remove the rear seat, an access panel, install a special tool on the locking ring, remove the locking ring, and remove and disassemble the fuel pump assembly.
