I am considering buying an S Type SE in the UK. A year 2000 car on an X plate with 37000 miles on the clock. The Jaguar dealer wants £8995 for it with a year's warranty. What do you guys think of the price? Also do you have any recommendations for warranty companies. I heard warrantiesdirect are good.

There are plenty cheaper to buy on autotrader, but I suppose the peace of mind from buying from a Jaguar main dealer is worth the premium.
