when car is hot im droppin oil pressure oil is very thin fron cold so im assuming its even thinner when hot

i have overfilled the oil for (oilpresure dropin ) dont know why i have

about two years ago i had to replace head gasket (small area of corrosion on head ) cant belive how much mess it makes when head gasket gives up....anyway did all that new head bolts bla bla bla .....what im gettin at is changed stem seals so they should still be good

is it my overfilling with oil thats some how getting reburnt though inlet manifold side (breather hose thingys)

no smoke on tick over or when slightly blip throttle (doesnt smoke everytime floor it also )

Overfilling engine oil and transmission fluid is BAD!

When the oil level is too high the crank strikes the oil and aerates it creating small air bubbles that compress so the oil pressure is lower than it should be. Drain off the excess.

The smoke screen could be from oil being blown into the intake through the crankcase breather hose PCV valve etc. due to crankcase blowby caused by worn and or dirty piston rings.

I'd use 10-40 or 20-50 lube oil in this engine and change it so the engine's rings are, and stay, clean.
