I pull my emergency brake handle all the way back and it does not engage the brakes enough to hold the vehicle from moving when parked in neutral on a grade. Is this not engaging the brakes because I have worn my brakes to the point that there is not enough 'shoe' to press against the brake drum? How do I adjust this emergency brake?
