I've got problems w/the anti-theft BS in my Cherokeet. It's throwing false alarms. It's funny how it only goes off at 3:00 a.m. So far I haven't caught anyone breaking into the vehicle (which is parked in the street). My neighbors won't put up with it much longer so I'm going to yank the horn relay. Aside from making the horn non-operational this shouldn't cause any problems right?

Maybe they aren't false alarms!
No horn shouldn't cause any problem, except having no horn.....
Check your battery cables. I was having similar troubles and found that loose or corroded cables were leading to a current drain (caused by dew I guess) would set the thing off. After a through cleaning and tightening, it stopped. 2 years now, and the only time the alarm went off was when some bastards broke the rear quarter window.

Another thing to check is the sensors at each point, doors, hood and so on. Sometimes a bad sensor will cause false alarms.
Oh, and I meant to add... you may not want to disconnect your horn. You never know if that person who is about to take of the front of your rig in traffic will hear you yelling "HONK HONK DAMN IT!!!"
you could always put a switch in the cab, so you could flip the switch to disconnect and reconnect in the day
