What brand and part # oil filter are you using? Running synthetic oil? Oil pressure gauge or idiot light?

Are you using a Fram oil filter? Those are notorious for causing lifter clatter on startup.
As for water in the oil, this can be due to several sources including condensation and short trips. When the vehicle has sat overnight, get under and drain off a tall glass from the oil pan. Let it sit and you will see if you have a lot of water in there or just a bit.
If your running with a cracked head/block and coolant in the oil then your engine is going to be trashed fairly quickly. Possibly even beyond being rebuildable. Thicker oil or "block sealers in a bottle" are just bandaids and generally cause more issues than they solve.

If you've had coolant in the oil for 3 months, the bearings are about shot. Time for a rebuild. Sorry, but you shoulda caught it earlier.

This is the same guy who has been complaining of greenish stain in the oil and low oil pressure after a chain lube oil change. He appears to be ignoring good advice to switch to brand name oil and a brand name filter. He's waiting for someone to give him a magic wand to make the problem go away. Coolant in oil would foam up, not leave a green stain on a paper towel.
