It's quiet. Jack up one side of the car and check if you can rotate the front wheel.

Find some real loose gravel ... stop ... floor it for a second ... and you'll know. A front wheel and a back wheel will have thrown gravel.
Make a sharp turn going real slow, you will hear wheel hop.
