How do you get into the housing to replace the bulb? It seems to be sealed up to keep water out , ,but I can't figure out a way in. Does the housing have to be removed from the frame/bumper? It is 1997.

Isn't '97 the same model line as 2000? On my 2000, there's a small, rectangular cover with a gasket on the bottom of the housing that removes with 2 screws. Easiest damn bulb replacement I ever did....
My 1998 had two small screws in the bottom of the cover. Front part came off with lens.
