How much curve should there be in stock YJ springs?

Ok, just what the heck am I looking at here????

That photo just looks wrong. I saved it and blew it up and it looks more wrong....

To start, stock YJ shackles are 3" long, so figure the lift from there.

Then, those springs are inverted. Likely caused by stock bump stops with a lift.

But the back side of the springs doesn't sit right... Is there something in there to drop the rear of the leaf down the same like the front?

I almost see a buggy spring or reverse shackle setup back there.

Does the rear of the front spring bolt directly to/inside of the mount on the frame, or is there something else in there?

Or is the camera playing tricks on my eyes with depth and something in the foreground is hanging where the rear of the spring should be?

thanks... I really want to delete the "running board" flares but the body work (weld filling the holes) would require repainting. Otherwise I'm happy with it.

That's good. I'll be doing a 2.5 to 3" spring lift to replace those.
