I've been trying to post pictures of all the accessories for our Jeep Liberty, but for some reason or another; some are not posting and others have posted in duplicate.

Actually this is a text newsgroup. Most binaries posted here will not propogate or news servers will just drop the post. I don't see any pictures from you at all.
try alt.binaries.pictures.autos.4x4 if you have that.
