Jeep Cover!

Jun 24, 2004 6 Replies

I bought one of the rain gear covers a month or so ago and have been using it daily...pretty neat not using the top or doors on a regular basis. I have been getting some humongous pools of water on top tho, almost flooded my seat today when I forgot it rained. Anyone have advice on using this thing so the water runs off?

Thanks, come to think of it I believe we have a telescoping pole around somewhere and the dog won't miss one of his tennis balls!

I've seen that done but I'm going to try the tent-pole route first. I was kind of hoping I was just tweaking the cover wrong.

I'm gonna go with a rigid pole, hee hee, after all. From boat awning experiences I know the telescoping ones do collapse under a load. I'll post after I've tested it. Should work fine tho.
