My son posted a while ago that his 95 Wrangler wouldn't engage in 4WD. Thanks to those who posted about the vacuum lines most likely being broken under the battery box - that's exactly what was wrong and exactly where they were broken. A replacement vacuum harness from the dealer and 20 minutes under the Jeep and he's good to go again. Thanks!
