STOP YELLING, FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!
The O2 Sensor is located in all cases between the engine's head(s) and the catalytic converter, and in some cases there is one after the CAT too. If the engine is a V6 or V8, there are probably two O2 Sensors, one on each exhaust manifold, before the CAT. If the engine is an inline 6 or a 4 cylinder, then there will be one O2 Sensor on the one and only exhaust manifold.
