Sway Bar Disconnects

Hi,

I was doing some offroading in Death Valley last week when I heard a big clunk followed by smaller clunks when I went over bumps.

When I stopped, I figured out that I had broken one of the clips that hold in the sway bar disconnects. Since I wasn't doing anything extreme, I had not disconeected them.

Do I need to always disconnect them or was this unusual? Kind of a pain to pull them everytime I go offroad. I thought that you only needed to disconnect them for extreme articulation.

TIA,

Bruce

I broke mine being rough on it. Wasn't trying to get any extreme articulation, just trying to get up a rutted, pain-in-the-butt hill. A few good bumps and one broke.

Oh well, it was a good excuse to get some Teraflex quick discos. :-)
