Transfer Lowering case bolts wrong???

Put on the teraflex 2" lift kit today. went pretty smooth except rent a spring compressor for sure.

Anyways took it for a ride and had a little shutter at 35 MPH, so took it in the garage to put on the teraflex transfer lowering kit and twisted the threads that are welded in the frame on two bolts. They were going in awfully tight and were straight. I took them out and looked at them and they are alot bigger than the originals and also a different thread pitch.

Any body else have this problem with this kit?

Anyway now I need to know what is involved in repairing these thread that are welded in the frame and broken loose so I can not put the originals back in.

Any one steer me in the right direction.

I have two self tapping bolts in there to hold it for now so I can drive it but I need to get rid of the shutter also.

Is there another way to do that without using this lowering Kit?

Thanks
