today i instaled my trottle body spacer,i have k&n cold air intake and 2" exhaust.I could tell the difference in power and rpm climped fast,so i love it(can't wait for mud).one big problem it's sounds like a blower,,very anoying. I don't want to awake my neibhors at 4:30 am when i go to work.Is that normal?

If your butt is whistling, try Beano. ;-)

Shaggie did pass the time by typing:

Oh yea.. Beano.. takes all those tiny and slightly annoying toots and turns them into one massive, cubicle emptying, barking tree spider.

...but I digress...

One of our Club members did this too. And I noticed the sound when leading a group to the trail head.. I'd say it's normal.

If you want to wake your neighbors, drive a Ford Powerstroke. My neighbor two doors down has one, he goes to work as 6:45 am like clockwork. I don't even have to set my alarm. I'm screwed if he ever takes a day off.

BTW, throttle body spacers really don't do anything for a mulitport injected engine. They just whistle. The difference in power you felt was probably more of a placebo effect. Sorry.
