Is it just me, or is traffic waaaay down in the last couple weeks on this (and other) lists? My ISP made a bunch of changes and since then things have been odd... not seeing nearly the traffic on the lists I monitor. Is it just the season (students in flux, hurricane blackouts, etc) or do I need to call my ISP ?
