Well, it is getting close to the point where it is no longer under warranty, so that aspect of it is not that big of a deal anymore...

Are you saying that there is some sort of flash ROM / EPROM / EEPROM / flash memory that is for the Saudi Arabia type markets and plugs into the computer that does not have the speed limiting 'feature' enabled? Where would one go about finding this device? What should be the physical top end on this engine?
