Front end noise

I have a 2003 Kia Sedona. Ever since I got it, there has been this annoying 'thump' in the front end, more on the driver's side, every time I hit a bump or ripple on the roadway. It has been in numerous times and the dealer says that all of them do it. evern the '04's. This does not make sense. I do not know anyone close enough to borrow thiers to see if it does it. Anyone else have the same thing?I have been under it a lot, making sire everything is tight. Nothing loose as far as I can tell.
