I've never seen a consolidated book on this, but the various landie comics have had numerous features over the years on such conversions.
It may be easier for you to decide what type of conversion you're interested in, then order back issues as appropriate.

if you want to do all these things (and disc brakes front axle etc) to a series 3, you seriously are better off selling it and buying a 90/110, unless you just want a project to play with.
Chris Perfect was supplying disc brake conversions at one point, dunno if he still is.
