Overheating Classic

Help please!!!!!!! Just come home in my classic '92 rangie, pulled onto drive and water comes gushing out of header tank. Slight leak off water pump but stopped last week with some leak stop. Have tried the heater and it is blowing hot. Taken expansion tank cap off , topped up fluid and ran engine, all seems well, no bubbles at tick over, but after revving the engine it bubbles slightly but then returns to normal. Dipped oil level, level correct and right colour, not grey and stodgy. Can somebody give me some pointers please, I am thinking that it could be a head gasket, is this right or am I panicking for no reason is it a much simpler fix?

Please help.

Can anyone please help???? Driving home last night parked '92 3.9 classic rangie on drive and water comes gushing out of the expansion tank. After it cooled down, I had a look round to see if there were any other leaks at all, none found. So started up again, engine gets hot then blows through the expansion tank again. Checked the heater, plenty of hot air, undone what I presume is a bleed point in the heater lines right on top of the head, just fluid no air so I don't think it is an airlock as this seems to be the highest point in the water system. Dipped oil all seems well, correct colour, no grey / lumps. Ran engine with expansion tank cap off, all is still until you rev the engine then as you let the revs die down, some turbulence appears in the fluid, is this normal? I had a slight weep from the water pump a couple of weeks ago which I seem to have cured with some leak stop. Does anyone know of a possible solution other than the one I am hoping it isn't which is a blown head gasket. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards, Barno.
