Is there any way I can view the data stored in the 'Book' system on my 1999 RR?

Can I use a laptop computer to view this data? if so where is the connector located, is a cable available, and what software is used and is it available to the general public.

Any help or info would be appreciated

AndyC will be able to tell you all about this. There are a few systems out there, he uses Rovacom Lite IIRC.
