My '97 ES300 has developed a front suspension noise when driving on washboard like roads. The noise seems to be coming from the area of the mcpherson strut shocks.
My question is:
Has anyone had this problem? Is there a TSB on this problem so the dealer would know how to fix it?

There is just such a TSB for the Camry which means your ES likely has the same TSB.
WE HAD SAME PROBLEM WITH 97 AVALON. IT IS CAUSED BY THE BUSHINGS ON THE STRUTS. COST IS AROUNG $500 TO REPAIR.
