Brighter backup lights?

My wife has a SUV and complains that the backup lights are not as good as her old Cadillac. Is there any way that they can be upgraded?

The visibility out the back is probably not as good either!

See if you can substitute a couple of high intensity (50 watt) reading light bulbs.

Wire up a couple of auxilary white driving lights under/over the rear bumper.

One wide angle carbon arc lamp mounted on the roof.

Find another adult to flag traffic behind her with lighted sticks ... light they use at airports to guide aircraft to the terminal docks. ;-)

Put her back the Caddy.

too much trouble. Two aircraft landing lights mounted backwards is all she needs. Works *fantastic* for tailgaters as well. 8-P

Tell her to drive in reverse; the headlights are somewhat brighter.
