Noticed the clunk after about 10,000 miles. Mine is a 2008. The problem here is they are so non-chalant about. When I brought mine in for routine service yesterday the service writer said "oh yeah-they have an update for that". Too quick with an answer for an obvious long term probelm. Document/document. This is strike one. And the cup holders suck. Mike
