The Lexus canada web site says these cars will be out October 2005. It also says just below the add Wristband Policy in Effect . Does anyone know what this means????

The Lexus canada web site says these cars will be out October 2005. It also says just below the add Wristband Policy in Effect . Does anyone know what this means????
I think that "Wristband Policy in Effect" is an ad slogan, implying that like going to a fair where you can buy a wristband for unlimited rides and fun, you can get the new IS.
