Nausea in back seat of 2002 RX300

Hi,



stupid sounding subject, but.....



My kids always complain of getting car sick in my rx300. they don't get car sick in other cars. I have been looking at new cars, and for the money, figured I would consider keeping my 2002 RX300. Yet, over the weekend, me and my wife went out with 2 friends. I let my friends wife drive, me and my buddy sat in back seat. I noticed the car sickness my kids complain of . It relieved when 2 windows were open (you cant just open the back window, otherwise you get this crazy feeling and sound).



Any suggestions ? Is this uncommon? Sounds so freakin weird.

we get the sound pounding when the rear windows are open too, you have to open all 4 or the sunroof.

I think all the Lexus cars have a strange oily odor to them. My wife has had two ES300s and they both leave her smelling oily or something. So this is probably related. I know the smell thingy is the biggest reason that I have not switched from Mercedes to Lexus.
